Ika Mata ingredients
(one person)
fish fillets (tuna, bonito or any fresh fish) - 200g (1/2lb)
Lemon x 1 or lime x 3
1 cup of coconut cream
Salt
Vegetables - Tomato, Carrots, Cucumber, Onion, Celery
Cooking
Cut fish fillets into 1,5cm(1/2 inch)
Sprinkle with salt
Press juice out of a lemon/lime on cut fish fillets and mix well
