Mayonnaise ingredients

  Potatoes
  Boiled eggs
  Boiled mixed vegetables
  Beetroot
  Mayonnaise
  Salt

Cooking

1. Boil potatoes until cooked
2. Cut potatoes into small cubes and place in a bowl
3. Add boiled mix vegetables
4. Without colored juice, to cut beetroot into small cubes and add potatoes
5. Mix in mayonnaise and salt
6. Using a grater, grate the eggs to cover Potatoes
7. Here is Cook Islands style of pink-colored Potato Salad
