Poke ingredients
1 cup of starch (cassava, maniota or tapioca)
2 cups of fruits (pawpaw or banana)
Coconut cream
Cooking
- mix fruits and starch.
- add 1/4 cup of coconut cream in it and mix well.
- pour the fruits mixture into a greased backing dish and bake for half an hour or until cooked in oven.
- boil leftover coconut cream in a pot and remove from stove
- cool the baked pudding and then dip spoonfuls into the boiled.
- thickened coconut cream before putting into a dish.
- serve it warm.
